Three years ago, Julian Biblekaj began his training as an EFZ designer at Montech. Today, as a designer, he is an integral part of the internal sales service. A joint look back — and forward too.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every year, several young adults start their training at Montech. They have three different occupational fields to choose from: EFZ designer, EFZ production mechanic, and EFZ logistician. The 23-year-old Julian Biblekaj successfully completed his training as an EFZ designer this summer and subsequently got a permanent job as a designer.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Julian, what was your everyday life like during your training?<\/h2>\n

My everyday life was marked by days in school and days in the company. While the school focused on theory, the company focused on practice. Here I was integrated into the day-to-day business.<\/p>\n

What difficulties did you encounter?<\/h2>\n

Theory and practice did not always coincide. Sometimes it was a disadvantage not to be able to put the theoretical into practice in everyday professional life. Montech gave me the chance to attend an external workshop internship to bridge the gap.\u00a0<\/p>\n

How did Montech support you during your training?<\/h2>\n

I got good insight into the world of work and got to know the machine industry. In addition, I was able to work in different departments, which also broadened my horizons. These included product management, in-house sales, and development. From time to time, I also helped in assembly.<\/p>\n

What were the highlights of your training?<\/h2>\n

The successful completion of my training this summer was certainly the most beautiful moment. I also remember the frame that I was allowed to construct for a customer on my own. It had to be able to be loaded with heavy weight.<\/p>\n

After your successful completion, you will continue to work at Montech. What has changed?<\/h2>\n

Apart from the new title and the new workplace, much has remained the same. The work is still the same as during my training. Since I had already been trained, I was able to get off to a running start and could be integrated into the projects quickly.<\/p>\n

What do you like about your job?<\/h2>\n

I find the implementation of customer ideas particularly interesting. I also like to work with the CAD program. I am always particularly pleased when I see the final result in assembly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

How and where do you see your professional future?<\/h2>\n

I would like to continue to develop in the future. I would like to combine technology with business.<\/p>\n

What do you value about Montech?<\/h2>\n

I like the family-like, informal culture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What tips can you give your colleagues who started their training at Montech in the summer?<\/h2>\n

In case of setbacks, one should never lose patience. For example, I remember having difficulties with the 3D program. If you have to link assemblies here, it\u2019s possible that the 3D program responds to even the smallest errors and does not work. That almost made me despair each time. That’s why my tip: Stay calm and actively seek help. Your colleagues will be happy to help you. One of the vocational trainers is also happy to help. Every two weeks there is an exchange about school topics and personal developments. It also helps to take advantage of this.<\/p>\n
