Last month, a special project was carried out at Montech. Seven trainees were allowed to design an LTE system for Montech’s showroom on their own. They were able to prove their theoretical skills in practice and in addition, learned about many new products and processes. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Montech is a training company. Young adults can complete training courses to become designers, production mechanics, and logistics technicians there. On the one hand, we enable young people to start their careers with these training courses, and on the other hand, we use them to secure the next generation of employees for our own company. Both sides benefit from this and invest in their own future.<\/p>\n The goal of the young people\u2019s training is to combine theoretical knowledge with practical work, whether in design, production, or logistics. That\u2019s exactly what seven trainees from all three areas have been intensively involved in over the last few weeks. They were given responsibility for their own project. For the Montech showroom, it was necessary to build a complete LTE demo system \u2013 from concept to planning to assembly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>Linking theory to practice<\/h2>\n
