All Montech components dovetail with one another. That’s no coincidence. We deliberately focus on compatibility and modularity. The toolbox system offers many advantages and countless possibilities.

In the 1990s, Montech began to concentrate on the components business. Modularity was introduced with the development of the Quick-Set. Today, it is the cornerstone of Montech products. Everything we develop is modular and compatible with the Aluprofil system.

Modular toolbox system

Because all of our components dovetail with one another, they can be combined as you wish. Plant and system builders can use our modular system to suit their individual requirements – by themselves in the e-shop and using the configurator. This gives them maximum flexibility and individual freedom.

The many benefits of modularity

Our profile systems allow quick, easy, and flexible adjustment without drilling and without pins. This makes it easy to make changes or adjustments at any time. The new aluminum profile system, with its dovetail and grooving system connection, even provides a 2-in-1 function and thus even more possibilities. Also practical: The individual components for the profile systems, belt conveyors, and transfer systems are all available in stock, which reduces delivery time to a minimum. In addition, project managers and designers benefit from transparent information. They can download the CAD data at any time and right away.

Versatile applications

Thanks to modularity, the possibilities are unlimited. Our profile system is used, for example, for interior fittings in VW buses and for partitions in hospitals. It has also been used to build beds and cloakrooms. And it was recently used for the catwalk at a fashion show. Thanks to its aesthetics, our profile system makes a good impression everywhere. It was created in collaboration with designers and has already won design awards.

Even more modularity

In the future, we will continue to focus on modularity, and we want to expand it further. Our modular system will become even more comprehensive. There is potential, for example, in the area of safety barriers. In addition, an additional size is to be added to transport conveyors, which will allow the transport of larger products such as washing machines and dryers. We will definitely stay on the ball – and modular.
