Corona, the war in Ukraine, inflation, supply chains, and an energy crisis – 2022 was not an easy year. The geopolitical situation posed challenges for us. Nevertheless, there were a lot of highlights. A look back – and forward too.
Products with potential
Only a few weeks ago, we were able to successfully launch our reworked table and floor stands for the TB30 and TB40 belt conveyors. Their new design is slimmed down and more flexible. In addition, they are less expensive and there is a larger selection of fastening angles for the TB40. The launch was successful, and we are happy.
Our new aluminum framing system also made us happy this year: It enabled us to acquire new, important customers, and build cells larger than ever before. Thus, the potential of the aluminum framing system introduced in 2021 was finally confirmed.
Furthermore, thanks to value engineering, we were able to enhance and improve the LT40 transfer system. It is now more reliable than ever, and it has enabled us to implement large projects.
Delivery problems? Not for us!
Supply chains were disrupted massively this year due to the corona pandemic and geopolitical tensions. That’s why we’re so proud that we were able to maintain our delivery capabilities as usual at all times. Thanks to blanket orders, there were neither delays nor difficulties. And we were also able to guarantee stable prices for our products. Also thanks to blanket orders, we only had to increase sales prices a little bit.
New blood ensured
Never was it so difficult to hire apprentices. We are feeling especially happy and optimistic since we have been able to fill all of our apprentice positions for the coming summer. In August 2023, a logistics technician, a production mechanic, and two planners will start their careers at Montech. We look forward to our new blood!
US subsidiary on the road to success
Reports from the USA are successful. Our subsidiary Montech Conveyors Corp. headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina, is taking off again after closing temporarily during the corona pandemic. Business is developing well and we’re on the road to success.
And things will remain exciting in 2023…

Even today, you may look forward to a product innovation at the beginning of the year: With the roller conveyors, we’re launching another important component for our modular toolbox – configurable, available for quick delivery, and cost-effective.
