MPS – the aluminum framing system of the future
Our new MPS aluminum framing system takes framing technology to a new level. This innovation not only offers proven dovetail connection technology, but also dovetail-groove connection technology that enables precision and safety when fastening components. Thanks to intensive cooperation with our customers, we have been able to integrate valuable suggestions for improvements into the development of this system. The economical geometry of the MPS aluminum framing system results in more sustainable production and less weight, which not only protects the environment, but also reduces costs. With four profile types, two sizes, and a modular grid system, the MPS aluminum framing system offers unlimited possibilities for various applications – from installation to mounting.
Swiveling drive – clean transport in metalworking
Cleanliness is of the utmost importance in the metalworking industry. We recognized this problem and developed a standardized belt conveyor with a swiveling head drive. This innovative approach enables efficient and clean transport of oily or coated sharp-edged parts. The swiveling head drive can be positioned flexibly from 0 to 270 degrees to prevent soiling of the motor. This not only saves space, but also ensures clean processes in production. For this purpose, we rely on brushless DC motors with a high protection class and an efficiency-optimized drive.
Table and floor stands – for flexible design
Our table and floor stands have been given a new, slimmer design this year. Thanks to new equipment options, extended accessories, and our belt conveyor configurator, individual needs can be taken into account even better. The selection includes adjustable table and floor stands for a flexible working height. Adjustable feet, swivel or fixed castors, and matching cross beams are available as accessories for multi-foot supports. They allow easy attachment of the belt conveyor and optimize support wherever belts separate.
Roller elements – custom-tailored roller conveyors for a wide range of requirements
Our new roller elements also open up new possibilities. In conjunction with the MPS aluminum framing system, they ensure smooth transport of carriers and packaging. They allow a high degree of flexibility in design with regard to the width, length, and height of the roller track. This makes it easy to make additions and changes. The MPS aluminum framing system also offers the possibility of fixed or mobile substructures. Short delivery times and an attractive design round off this innovative solution.
